A Note from the Booster President
ATTENTION: Band Booster Meeting: Monday, August 2, 2010 at 7:00p.m. in band room. If you have a student in the band program you are automatically a booster. There is no fee to become a booster at Shades Valley. Booster Meetings are essential and your attendance is greatly needed to further the success of the Shades Valley Band. Mr. Allinder will have lots of information to cover. Freshmen parents make a special effort to attend and get involved with not just a “program” but become a part of an incredible “Band Family”! Look forward to seeing all of you Monday evening.Chaperone Guidelines
- Chaperones are only needed for away games.
- Chaperones must ride the bus with the students to and from the game.
- Chaperones are not allowed to bring siblings on the bus.
- Chaperones must be signed up to work in the concession stand for at least one home game.
- Chaperone badges will be given out before entering the bus. Please return them to Pattie Church after the game.
- Chaperones need to make sure students stay in their seats and are not too loud on the bus.
- Chaperones need to check the bus after the students exit the bus for any items that are left. Please have students place garbage in the trash bag. A trash bag will be placed on each bus.
